Traveling to the lake of Toma

Traveling to the lake of Toma, in the Gotthard massif, which is the source of the Rhine river waters the leading by Germany and the Netherlands, followed by the pass Lucendro, the point of origin of the Reuss (which subsequently flows into the Rhine), then the pass Nufenen, the birthplace of the Ticino river (flowing after the Po in Italy), to complete the Rhone Glacier, the source of the river of the same name which pours its water towards France.
