To day we talk about traveling exhibition to ABBA museum in London, it is a traveling exhibition about the world of music, more specifically about the famous Swedish pop band ABBA.
Authors of such hits as "Dancing Queen" and "Waterloo", ABBA is a Swedish quartet who knew how to sell more than 400 million records and whose career dates back to the early 70's.
Recently, the musical Mamma Mia! rescued some of his most famous and take them to the movies with a cast of first, made by Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan, among other figures.
In the city of London, Earls Court & Olympia Hammersmith street has created a theme park inspired by the band, full of memorabilia, ideal for fans and for those who have not yet met the Swedish quartet.
The exhibition, an itinerant, was in London until March 2010, and then move to New York and Australia. In London takes place in an excellent exhibition building located in the city center.
Under the name of ABBAWORLD, the exhibition is (obviously) impregnated with the music and lives of artists, with songs ranging from catchy (Dancing Queen) to the melancholy (Knowing Me, Knowing You), or some heartbreaking and revealing as "The Winner Takes It All".
ABBAWORLD is divided into 25 rooms with costumes, photos, recreations of Polar Studis Stockholm and the cabin where the duo Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson composed much of his success.
